Traffic backs up on A13 after lorry topples on London-bound carriageway

TRAFFIC is backing up because of an overturned lorry on the A13.
The incident happened around 6am on the London-bound carriageway near the junction with the A1089 Dock Approach link road.
Traffic is queuing back to Stanford-le-Hope and adjacent approach roads are also clogged up.
