New recycling containers have been distributed to all households across Basildon.

A message from Basildon Council says: "Please store your new containers until Monday 27 November. Refuse crews will start collecting from this date, please do not put the containers out before this.

"If you believe we have missed your household from delivery or your container(s) were delivered damaged, you can report this to us online.
