POLICE from Basildon have issued a picture of a young woman they wish to speak to after she failed to appear in court.

They want to speak to Jose Cook, 28, who has links to Basildon and Southend.

Cook is described as slim, has dark hair often styled in a ponytail and is about 5tf 3ins tall.

If you see her or know where she is, you are asked to call police on 101.
