POLICE are seeking help as they seek to find a man linked to four sexual assaults in Basildon that took place over two days, on 1 and 2 September last year.

A statement from Essex Police says: "During each offence, a man cycled up behind the victim and sexually assaulted them over their clothing. We believe the man is aged in his late teens to early 20s and is of slim to average build.

"He was wearing dark clothing and was riding a light-coloured bicycle.

"If you can identify him, please call us on 101 and cite incident 42/185525/21.

"You can also submit a report online via this link where you can use the 'live chat' function which is available daily between 7am and 11pm."
