Bid to squeeze four new homes into plot

A BID has been submitted to Basildon Council to build four new homes on a small plot of land in the east of the borough.
The site is between Windsor Road and Grange Road in Bowers Gifford and the plan is to create four three bedroom chalet bungalows on a plot of land between existing homes.
Two homes will be accessed from Windsor Road and two from Grange Road.
