Main Duties: As the Technical Product Owner for the ICS shared care record, you'll play a crucial role in consolidating electronic records from various care providers. This enables seamless access to vital information for health and care professionals, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to advance the integration of health and care services.
- Collaborate with senior staff across system partners to ensure effective delivery.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to drive value for money and delivery across multiple sectors.
- Create and maintain business, applications, data, and technical architectures for the shared care record.
- Provide technical architecture support in collaboration with partners.
- Lead programme governance and resolve complex issues in architecture design.
- Inspire and guide technical leads towards programme goals.
- Network with senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
- Maintain a comprehensive register of systems and ensure infrastructure remains current.
- Analyse solutions to ensure they meet key requirements and provide detailed design specifications.
Person Specification: Knowledge, Training, and Experience:
- Master's level education or equivalent experience in a senior technical role.
- Extensive knowledge in technical specialist areas, with further specialization or experience.
- Understanding of current health and care policy and its implications.
- Experience in digital transformation within healthcare contexts.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in negotiation with senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.
- Experience in leading, managing, and inspiring staff.
Desirable:
- Strong integration knowledge, including HL7v2, IHE profiles, FHIR, etc.
- Experience with information sharing software.
- Ability to manage procurements for high-value contracts.
