Experienced Sales Professionals - Ocean and Air Freight Forwarding Services Forwarding Services

Headford Group, on behalf of our client, is currently recruiting experienced sales professionals who have a proven track record in selling ocean or air freight forwarding services. We are seeking individuals who are skilled in both hunting and farming new clients, with a strong focus on the UK market. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, promoting and selling ocean and air freight forwarding services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and timely delivery for clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in successfully selling ocean or air freight forwarding services.
• Extensive experience in hunting and farming new clients, with a strong record in the UK market.
• In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including regulations, processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong business acumen, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Locations: We have openings with our clients in Leeds, Manchester, Heathrow, Essex, Bristol, Northampton, and Birmingham.

Remuneration: The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience. In addition to the base salary, there is a commission structure and comprehensive benefits package.
