Tesla damage prompts police probe

POLICE want to speak to a woman in connection with an investigation into a car being damaged in Basildon.

It was reported a Tesla was keyed at the Basildon Sporting Village in Cranes Farm Road at around 6.10pm on 4 March, causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.

A statement from Essex Police says: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

"Please quote the crime reference number 42/35291/24.

"You can let us know by submitting a report on our website or by using our online Live Chat service available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am-9pm.
