Police seek witnesses after man was injured in collision. Woman arrested.

POLICE are appealing for information following a collision involving a pedestrian and a car.

It was reported a man in his 30s was in collision with a vehicle in Pendle Drive shortly before 3.40pm yesterday (Friday 7 July).

He sustained a serious arm injury.

A 31 year-old woman from Basildon has been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and is currently in custody.
