ESSEX Police want to speak to a man with Basildon connections in connection with shoplifting offences. 

32-year-old Brett Bruce is described as white, with dark hair. He has a scar above his left eyebrow and two tattoos on his left arm. One of these says "Mum".

A statement from the force says: "If you have seen him or have any information on his whereabouts, please contact us quoting reference number 42/MR/13850/24
