Police seek man following burglary

POLICE have issued a picture of a teenager they would like to speak to about a burglary.

In a statement issued today (Sunday, 26 March) officers say: "We'd like to speak to Oatty Dowell in connection with an ongoing burglary investigation.

"Dowell, 17, has strong links to the Basildon area and was known to be in the area last night and this morning. If you see him or know where he is, please call us immediately on 101."
