Police renew appeal for man in connection with collision

POLICE have renewed an appeal as they continue their search search for a man with Basildon links in connection with a collision in Thurock on 2 March and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
Tarrel Hinds is also wanted on recall to prison.
The 24-year-old, who was first subject to an appeal at the beginning of the month, has links to Basildon, South Ockendon, Enfield, Hainault and Redbridge in London.
