Police ask for help as they probe theft of dogs

POLICE are investigating the theft of three cocker spaniels from an address in Basildon.

It happened in St Marys Crescent shortly after midnight on 29 January.

Two of the dogs are approximately 12 weeks old and the other is around two years old and they have all been microchipped.

A police statement says: "We need anyone who saw anything or has any CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage to contact us. We also need you to contact us if they've been offered to you for sale."
