People asked to call 999 is they know where Spencer is
POLICE have issued an urgent appeal for help int heir search for 16-year-old Spencer Smith, who is missing from the Basildon area.
The teenager has not been seen since lunchtime yesterday (Saturday 27 September).
A statement from Essex Police says: "We're worried about him and need to find him to make sure he is okay.
"Spencer is 6ft tall, white, of slim build and has brown hair.
" e was last seen wearing a black jumper and blue tracksuit bottoms.
"If you have seen Spencer or know where he is, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 999 and quote incident 642 of 27 September."
