BASILDOn and Billericay MP John Baron recently met with the Billericay Youth Town Council in Westminster Hall.

Mr Baron organised for the Youth Town Council to have a guided Tour of Parliament and joined them afterwards for questions in Westminster Hall. 

He said: "It was a pleasure to organise the tour and meet with the Billericay Youth Town Council at Parliament. It is always encouraging when young people take an active interest in politics and their local town, it was good to chat and I was pleased to be able to facilitate their visit." 

Young town councillor George Wood, said: "This was a fantastic day out which gave us a great opportunity to learn about the workings of Parliament. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the experience."
