Howloween! It's a doggie thing...

BASILDON Council and Essex Police have arranged a dog awareness event on Wednesday, 27 October between 1pm and 4pm at Frypa Hall, The Fryth, Basildon, SS14 3PW.

Fancy dress is optional for your dog!
