Unpaid carers and family members supporting loved ones are being invited to a Caregiver Coffee Morning at the View Garden Centre, Wickford on Wednesday 11 February at 11:30am, hosted by Homelium Care Essex.

The event is open to anyone who provides unpaid care, including spouses caring for partners, adult children supporting parents, and family members looking after loved ones with long-term health conditions or increasing care needs.

The coffee morning offers a relaxed, welcoming space where carers can enjoy a free hot drink, meet others in similar situations and take time out from their caring role. Homelium's fully trained and experienced care team will be available for informal conversations, offering advice, reassurance and guidance around home care, respite options and support available locally.

Many unpaid carers face isolation, uncertainty and exhaustion while trying to do the best for their loved ones. This event aims to provide a friendly environment where carers can ask questions, share experiences and feel supported, without pressure or obligation.
