Flyover closed as police manage incident

MOTORISTS on the A13 are advised of an incident that has blocked both carriageways at the Pitsea interchange this morning (Monday, 30 December).
The A132 South Mayne is also closed due to the incident which began at 7.20am.
A spokesperson from Essex Police has confirmed that there are concerns for the welfare of someone which lead to the closure of Pitsea flyover.
There is a diversion in operation, via the nearby slip roads.
The incident was ongoing at 8.30am.
