POLICE are appealing for the public's help to find 29-year-old Jack Brown from Basildon.

Jack hasn't been seen since leaving Basildon Hospital yesterday morning (22 August).

A statement from police says: "We are concerned for his welfare and need the public's help to find him.

"He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with white and black Adidas jogging bottoms.

"He has a tattoo of a ship on his left arm.

"He has links across Basildon and Pitsea and is known to use public transport.  

"We are asking anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts to contact us on 999 quoting incident number 1439 of 22 August."
