IN support of the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund, Lennox Productions will present Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Towngate Theatre, Basildon, during the week commencing 8 June 2026.

There will be six performances during show week.

The company is now casting for a wide range of roles and invite performers of all backgrounds to get involved:

Roles Available:

• Joseph – Playing age 18+

• Narrator – Playing age 18+

• Brothers – Playing age 18–50

• Children's Chorus – Ages 11+

• Adult Dancers – Ages 16+

• Company Members (Men & Women) – Ages 16+

Rehearsals are usually Tuesdays for principals and Thursdays for Company.

All rehearsals take place at Rettendon Memorial Hall.

Launch Night

A launch night will be held on Tuesday, 9 September, from 7.30to 10pm, where audition materials will be handed out and information shared more about the production.

Audition Dates:

• Children & Dancers: Sunday, 14 September from 2:00 PM

• Adults: Sunday, 21 September from 2 PM

(Venue details will be confirmed closer to the time.)

Since its founding in 2007, Lennox Productions has staged shows including Oliver, My Fair Lady, Annie, Beauty and the Beast, and many more.
