C2c rail services disrupted after derailment

A DERAILED freight train has had an impact on c2c rail services this afternoon (Friday, 23 October).
Following a freight train derailment near Barking, c2c services are severely disrupted.
A statement from the rail operator at 5.30pm said: "We are unable to serve Dagenham Dock, Rainham and Purfleet, with disruption expected for the rest of today and likely into the weekend.
"Ticket acceptance and rail replacement buses are in place. Please check before you travel for the latest updates. For further information, please check our website here. https://orlo.uk/Nbfi4"
